Received the exciting email this week letting me know that the new round of BeautyLoop boxes for October were available for pickup in the Mecca Store!
I think these boxes are a fantastic idea and a great way to let Mecca's regular customers try out the new releases and bestselling products that they have to offer.
My October Level 1 box included some great little samples that I am very excited to try;
Josie Maran Argan Oil and Argan Oil Light
I have heard so many people talk about this product and have added it to my virtual Sephora shopping cart wishlist a million times so when I saw the huge poster advertising this product in Mecca in knew I had to try it out! Luckily I got a sample so I don't have to fork out for a huge bottle without knowing if it works for my skin type first. I am especially excited to try the light formula as my hair is easily weighed down by oils and serums.
Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer SPF15
I had this primer used on me during my complimentary birthday makeup application at Mecca and I loved it! Felt very smoothing on the skin and had the typical silky silicone based primer feeling. Whilst I enjoy how this product feels and performs I fear that like most silicone based primers, it will cause me to break out. I will try this sample over a couple of days to see how my skin reacts,
NARS Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base
I have recently begun wearing more eye shadow during the day and have been looking for a good primer to help my eye shadows last through my long days at work! Hopefully this one is a winner :)
Kate Somerville Exfolikate
Really interested in this product as I am obsessed with exfoliators and this product contains both a physical and chemical exfoliation so I will be interested to see how it works!
Great little samples in this box, I will be sure to write a review on any that are stand out products for me!
